Winter Soccer...

The kids are playing winter soccer this year and although most have the games have been very, very cold we had a make up game on Sunday afternoon this week and it was nice and warm.  Warm enough for me to actually bring the good camera and take a few pictures.

Will's 10th Birthday...

We celebrated Will's 10th birthday last week with the opening of the Lego movie and some delicious pizza.  It was fun to see him with all his little school friends.

The Running of the Seahorses...

Last month Cole's school had their annual Running of the Seahorses event.  It's a run on the beach and it's their biggest fundraiser of the year.  I love it because it's a fun, family friendly event that doesn't require me to sell crap to people.  Mimi & Papa as well as Aunt Ali and Will came out to show their support.  The kids all did awesome and Kiley even took 2nd place in the pre-k age category.  She was so very excited when they called her name.

Will's 9th Birthday (part 2)...

One of the things Ali put in the kids' goodie bags was marshmallow shooters!  We were the only ones at the playground on Saturday so we busted those suckers out.  So. Much. Fun.

Will's 9th Birthday...

Last month we celebrated Will's 9th birthday at the beautiful Stephen Foster State Park.  The kids had so much fun staying in the cabins and enjoying the great outdoors.

Under The Sea...

We had some fun with the underwater camera on Mother's Day.  The kids love the pool and even though Kiley looks horrified in her picture she had a good time as well.

Egg Hunt...

We were excited to host Easter at our house again this year.  In addition to some delicious food we had our annual egg hunt.  This was our first year in the new house and we decided to hide the eggs in the front yard and all over the cul-de-sac.  It worked out great and the kids had lots of room to hunt.

Dying Eggs...

The week before Easter we had Ali & Will over to dye eggs.  The kids had so much fun and Kiley really got into painting her eggs.

Will's 8th Birthday...

It's hard to believe that Will is 8. We celebrated his birthday last month with a kick ass Lego party that my sister put together. There were Lego crayons for coloring and an awesome Lego Bingo game that all the kids loved.

Gingerbread Houses...

This is the second year we've had Will and Ali over to decorate gingerbread houses on Christmas Eve.  The porch at the new house was fantastic for setting everything up and it was just cool enough for us to have a fire in the outdoor fireplace.  The kids had a great time putting together a little village of gingerbread houses.
