The Dolphin Rescue Center...

One of the highlights of our trip was a visit to the Dolphin Rescue Center on Grassy Key.  All of us participated in an interactive dolphin program and everyone loved it.  

Little Bahia Key...

We took the kayaks with us to the keys, and one day when we were feeling particularly adventurous decided to kayak out to Little Bahia Key.  It's a small limestone island right off the main State Park.  The waters were VERY rough on the way out, but we made it.  It was totally worth the effort because the kids had so much fun exploring the little island.

The Keys...

Our family vacation this year took us to the Keys!!!  We rented a cabin at Bahia Honda State Park (one of my most favorite places on earth) and stayed there for 10 whole days.  It was amazing.  The kids had so much fun snorkeling and kayaking.  

I think snorkeling may have been everyones favorite activity inside the park.  We snorkeled almost daily.  They would have spent all day out in the water if I didn't make them come in for meals.
