Egg Hunt...

We were excited to host Easter at our house again this year.  In addition to some delicious food we had our annual egg hunt.  This was our first year in the new house and we decided to hide the eggs in the front yard and all over the cul-de-sac.  It worked out great and the kids had lots of room to hunt.

Easter Morning...

Egg Hunt at the Beach...

 The Saturday before Easter the city hosts an egg hunt at the park RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR DOOR!  It was so neat to be able to just walk down to the end of the street and participate.  Just one more thing we love about the new house.

Dying Eggs...

The week before Easter we had Ali & Will over to dye eggs.  The kids had so much fun and Kiley really got into painting her eggs.  

Kiley Jean...

She's usually so wild and crazy that most of my pictures of her are just a blur. But every once in a while she sits still and looks at me with that look of hers. Incidentally, right after this picture was taken she lifted her dress up over her head and then laid on the floor like a mermaid.

Easter Cuties...

Easter Morning...

We began the morning by eating candy out of our baskets. Pretty much my most favorite way to start the day!

I have so many pictures to share from the last few weeks. We've been so busy enjoying the beautiful weather that I haven't had time to blog. But I'll try to be better because I have tons of pics from our family adventures.

Easter Favorite...

Easter Baskets...

As you can see, the Easter Bunny was very good to the kids this year.  Kiley's favorite item was the Lego headlight out of Cole's basket.  She wore it all morning.

The Silver Egg...

 Every year we hide a gold and silver egg, both with money in them.  Kiley wasn't the original finder of the silver egg, but she LOVED playing with it.  She kept trying to get it open to see if there was anything else inside.

Easter Egg Hunt...

Once again this year Easter was celebrated at our house with a huge egg hunt for all the cousins.  It was a little bitter sweet since it was the last time we'll be hunting in this yard.  The kids had a great time and Kiley was even able to keep up with the big kids.

Hunting for Eggs...

Our annual egg hunt was a success again. We had all of the crazy cousins over and the kids had so much fun looking for over 300 eggs in our backyard. I can't wait until next year when Kiley will get to join them!

Easter at School...
